We're looking forward to a great Father's Day Job Fair and BarBQue at Mount Olivet Church! In addition to looking for the right people to work in our store, we'll have music, hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, tossed salad, chips, drinks, and a basketball tournament! Hope to see you all there!

I had a great meeting with Ervin Clark, the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the African American Chamber of Commerce last week. We will be partnering to identify African American owned businesses to sell their products, and provide service work, for our store.

Hourigan Construction is partnering with the Metropolitan Business League and J & G Consulting, to provide information and tutorial on qualifying and the bidding process for all minority contractors. This is another way we are ensuring inclusiveness, and encouraging and assisting minority owned contractors to be part of the Market @ 25th East End project.

I had a wonderful meeting with Bron, the Flower Guy, last week. We're working on him selling his fantastic flower arrangements in our store!
