The Market at 25th started as an idea from all of you... the idea of a full service grocery store, right in the heart of historic Church Hill; the idea of bringing the community together to help bring a supermarket to reality; the idea of creating a central hub for neighbors to gather and connect; the idea of a convenient, affordable and inviting space for all of us to shop for groceries.

The Market at 25th works with local entrepreneurs who are interested in launching a product, but perhaps did not know where to begin or those who have a product, but just needed a retailer to offer shelf space. We are proud of the 60+ local vendors we work with to help create a positive economic impact for entrepreneurs and we invite you explore their products!

Our community helped to shape the store! Through community meetings, surveys, feedback, listening sessions and partnerships, The Market at 25th learned what was important to our neighbors. Those partnerships and community initiatives continue through outreach, hunger relief and our Jobs Program. The majority of our Team Members were hired right from the community we serve, and offered a competitive wage, health insurance, benefits and life skills training.
